Evan Jaqua

For more than 15 years Evan Jaqua has dedicated himself to international business. After graduating from Keio University (Tokyo) in 1991 with a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Evan worked for companies in the U.S. and Japan in the field of parallel processing. Starting in 1994, Evan dedicated himself to helping high-tech firms take advantages of new opportunities in the global marketplace. In addition to his experience, large contact network, and technical background, Evan speaks and writes Japanese, Spanish, and is conversant in Mandarin Chinese.

Timm Tuttle

Timm Tuttle specializes in business development involving Japan. An Illinois native based in Tokyo, he graduated from the Master of Economics graduate program at Tsukuba University, with additional time spent in high school and undergraduate studies in Japan. For ten years, he was the Tokyo-based senior Japan trade advisor for the State of Washington's economic development agency, assisting state businesses to expand their exports to Japan while attracting investment from Japan to the state. Through this background, he brings to Paccess business experience and contacts in industries from aerospace to consumer goods, as well as fluency in the language. Timm is also a lifelong student of IT, active in web application development based on content management systems.
