After graduating from Keio University (Tokyo) in 1991 with a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Evan worked for companies in the U.S. and Japan in the field of parallel processing. Timm Tuttle specializes in business development involving Japan. An Illinois native based in Tokyo, he graduated from the Master of Economics graduate program at Tsukuba University, with additional time spent in high school and undergraduate studies in Japan. For ten years, he was the Tokyo-based senior Japan trade advisor for the State of Washington's economic development agency, assisting state businesses to expand their exports to Japan while attracting investment from Japan to the state.
